Astragalus root

Astragalus root (taken orally) has been reported to be effective against CKD (chronic kidney disease) based on several metabolic markers for kidney health, such as the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR); serum creatinine, haemoglobin, and albumin levels. The kidneys filter waste products from the blood while retaining what the body needs — including proteins. However, some diseases and conditions that affect the kidney allow proteins to pass through the filters of the kidneys, causing protein to be present in the urine. An antioxidant synthesised inside the mitochondrion (the powerhouse inside every cell in your body) where it helps key enzymes turn nutrients into usable energy. N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC)

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is a precursor to glutathione – often referred to as the "master antioxidant" due to its essential role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and damage. Milk Thistle

Milk thistle is a herb traditionally used as a liver protectant and to support liver function. Milk thistle is also used to relieve digestive disturbances and heartburn.
