Shipping Policy

Solace Supplements Pty Ltd partners with The Courier Guy as our primary third-party logistics provider for all parcel deliveries.


Delivery timelines are estimated as follows:


Main metropolitan areas: 3–5 business days

Outlying/regional areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of order dispatch and may be affected by:

  • Stock availability
  • Weekends and public holidays
  • Courier operational delays outside our control
  • Shipping Fees


Standard nationwide delivery: R120.00

Free delivery: Orders exceeding R1200.00

International orders: Full courier fees apply (duties and taxes excluded and payable by the customer)

Customers may also arrange their own courier collection. In such cases:


A valid waybill must be provided prior to collection

Solace Supplements assumes no responsibility once the parcel is handed over to the customer’s chosen courier

Dispatch & Order Processing


Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed after 14:00 on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed by our head office for delivery on the next business day

Delivery Conditions


Deliveries occur between 08:00 and 17:00 on business days

Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel

Special delivery instructions must be communicated in advance via email or phone

Tracking & Responsibility


Once your order has been dispatched:


A tracking number (waybill) will be issued automatically (recommended improvement)

Tracking can be done via the courier’s system

If a tracking number is not requested or received, customers remain responsible for follow-up communication regarding their parcel status.


Solace Supplements maintains records of:

  • Dispatch confirmations
  • Proof of delivery
  • Recipient details upon successful delivery
  • Third-Party Courier Liability


All deliveries are fulfilled via a third-party courier. As such:


Solace Supplements is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once the parcel has been handed over to the courier

The relationship between the customer and the courier is governed by the courier’s own terms and conditions

Delivery Limitations


Deliveries on public holidays are not to be expected to occur

Same-day delivery is not offered due to cost, logistics, and service reliability considerations

Risk & Ownership Transfer


Ownership and risk of goods transfer to the customer:


  • Upon successful delivery at the provided address, or
  • Upon handover to a customer-arranged courier
