Returns & Refund Policy
All items must be returned/delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. The Company will not accept any returns of any Goods of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with or products purchased through third party entities, distributors or retail partners.
Once we receive the returned item/s solacesupps.co.za will we then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
• Only regular priced items may be refunded Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
• Damaged or lost in return shipment items are not covered, hence using trackable delivery on return is recommended.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable
• We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
• Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
